Oh yeah I'm not THAT much of a creep. Creepiest thing I did was try to see if she had a FB, but gave up with no luck after about 10 minutes.

Well.. if I were you I'd still ask if she wants to be your study buddy, just let her know you understand if it makes her uncomfortable. And really, all you can do is continue trying to pursue a friendship, just don't be creepy lol. If she doesn't want to be your friend it's up to her to be honest and tell you.
I've dated quite a few girls in my day, my fiance' is actually the first man I ever gave a chance (and I was 19 when I did lol nothing but chics before him), and I know to this day, if me and him were to break up and I was attracted to another girl.. I wouldn't have the balls to hit on her lol. It's different when it's guys.. but girls are a whole 'nother story.

Yeah? Like I kind of take a long time on purpose to gather my stuff so we can walk to the parking lot together. Should I not do that today? I just wish I could outright say "I have a crush on you, but you rejected me so I would like to just be friends. Is that okay or are you officially creeped out now?" Would that be super awkward?

I would just let it go, she declined politely. She knows how you feel, and I would leave it up to her if she wants a friendship with you. Let her ask to hang out/study ect. If she wanted to be friends she would ask. I think saying any more on the subject is being pushy and would bother me personally.
