Just had my first child a few short hours ago :)

Kellin Richard was born February 21st at 12:19 am  
He is 7lbs, 11ounces and 21 1/2 inches long  )
Got to the hospital at 7am on the 20th, started pitocin and contractions...broke my water around 1pm which was a very gross sensation haha. Contractions got very intense!! Around 51pmthe I had the epidural and felt so much better!! Definitely recommend it   finally got to relax and rest from about 630pm til about 930-10ish....started pushing around oh idk maybe 1030-11ish? Was really hoping id have him on the 20th but that was not the case 19 minutes later he emerged it was the best feeling I've ever had!! But I don't wish to have any more kids anytime soon tho LOL he's so precious I can't even sleep but I know I should try. He's just so adorable and makes the cutest little noises!! <3 Kellin <3

CONGRATS!!!! Its normal not being able to sleep after having a baby. Your excited and your body has been through a heck of an ordeal. Try to get some rest when you can but definitely enjoy his first day of life!

Congratulations! I couldn't sleep at all after having my son. I was so excited & just wanted to watch him sleep. But I definitely should have gotten rest, because when I brought him home I was exhausted. Lol. Congratulations again!
