2 quick questions breastfeeding

How often do you breast feed your 8 month old?

Is he/she still bf in the middle of the night?

Well considering that's when we started solids (only a little once a day) she was bf quite frequently still and was still night nursing. She didn't sleep through te night for forever haha. I dont remember exactly how many times. I just nursed on demand so I didn't count.

my one year old still wakes up to nurse in the middle of the night but finally starting to be short feeds and when he was 8m it was like two 20 min feedinds a night ...I have always let my son nurse when ever he wanted, but at 8m he was also getting small amounts of juice and started nursing less...

I nurse on demand my LO is almost one and still nurses 3-4 times a night and a lot during the day I'd say just feed LO when they are hungry.

I think it just depends on the baby. All of my babies breastfed at night later than 8 months.

My middle baby breastfed every 2 hours around the clock (or more often during a growth spurt) until i weaned when he was a little over 12 months.

My youngest only had one middle of the night feeding that stuck around forever. He was still waking up at that time every night for weeks after he weaned too.   Secretly i kind of miss it.  

I can't remember much about my oldest except that he was somewhere inbetween those 2.

I don't have a set number really. She nurses less since she's on solids as well but she nurses at least 5-6 times a day. She regularly sleeps through the night so no night feedings. There are some nights where she might wake up and I will get her feed her then put her back to bed but most nights she doesn't.

My 12 month old still nurses twice a night. At eight months he still wasnt big on solids so it was three to four times a night.
