Maybe it'll be my last "fad diet" (VENT)

posted 20th Feb
So I have been bouncing off of walls trying to lose the baby weight since I had my Daughter in Oct/2011. Between a stressful ending with my daughter's father & One crazy event after another, this has been a difficult thing for me to master. Ive TRIED everything... (including good old fashioned hard work!) My friends have been dragging me to zumba every tuesday =) It is a lot more fun than I had originally thought it would be! Ha hoping that I may end up with a little rhythm a long with a fun/semi intense work out if I keep it up.. I have also been doing a video work out & 1 hour of cardio via the treadmill every day (cant wait until this snow melts!) BUT anyways a girl I went to high school with back in the day recently posted about a weight loss thing & how she had lost So-so pounds in a month.. I posted a comment asking for more info & her "coaching" got a hold of me & explained about the program. It seems a little like a vegetarian Jenny Craig deal? where you eat 6 meals a day & it places your body into a "fat" burning phase... I decided to give it a try & next week my food will be shipped to my door =P lol I hated shopping anyways. ha. I hope this works.

And when you go back to actually shopping and eating real food then what? Complain about putting weight back on?

For me, diets never last, then when you eat what you use to you gain it all back, so I have been cutting down portion sizes and just eating over all healthier & it is working   I have lost 10 pounds already.

Im not sure.. it does have a long maintenance phase to help keep the weight off & the coach is a person who has been on the program before & who is available to answer questions or concerns.. moral support.. blah, blah blah. Even though I am a little worried about it.. however, it seems worth the risk. the hcg drop diet was similar in some ways & I have never gained the weight back afterwards. (20 pounds)
