Whats up with me?

This afternoon I started having some sharp pains in my back. It's on the left side, between my lower back and the middle of my back, and its kind of wrapping around to my side.

At first it was kind of randomly doing it, and now the pain is near constant. It's also getting a little more intense. I haven't done anything differently or stretched/lifted anything today.

Any ideas?

Round ligament pain?

Sciatica?? Does the pain sometimes go down your rear and leg?

No, it doesn't. It's just there on the left side of my back.. kind of where you would put your hand to support yourself if you were having back pain.... If that makes sense? Lol

I threw out my back twice. The first time? Was from getting up out of bed. That's all it was   You'd be surprised what will screw you up!

Ugh. That sucks! What did you do for your back?

I threw out my back tying my shoe. I took advil and took it easy on my back for a few days and the pain went a way. Sorry your hurting though.

I was sitting in the car, Dh was driving when it first started hurting, and my first thought was a kidney infection. But I've never had one, so I don't know what that pain feels like. And I googled, and I'm not having any of the other symptoms, but idk. So, I'm taking a warm bath now, and I'll take it easy the rest of the evening and take a Tylenol. Idk if I'm able to have an Advil or not..

Putting pressure on it hurts, its like its tender. So far heat is helping though.

It can be anywhere that ligaments are. Mine was on my side/back area like where you're describing. It was like, this horribly sharp pain and it hurt like crazy.

I started going to a homeopathic chiropractor.. and it's gone!

It could also be a kidney stone, that is exactly where I had my pain.

Yikes!! After my warm bath he pain has quit.
