Where do you spend most time with your infant?

Do you like those gliders to sit and cuddle/feed/nurse? Or couch or bed or a big comfy armchair? Where do you hold them most?

I don't like gliders. I'm getting a big oversize fluffy armchair before dd is born. I used to sit in one and hold my son half the day. But I'm terrified of recliners / rockers because when babies start crawling I think they are dangerous.

I think a comfy place to sit is a newborn essential.

Dh is worried about me.
I talk about getting a chair all the time, look them up on craigslist, stop at furniture stores, and fantasize about holding her in my chair.. I'm having a weird love affair with my chair in my imagination. Maybe it's some hormonal pregnancy thing lol, like the weird dreams.

Oh and the one I had with my son was a reclined but when he got older and crawled I hated it because whoever sat in it didn't pay attention and it freaked me out lol

Either my bed or on the couch. Never had a glider and I had one in the hospital room that I wasn't too find of. I was uncomfortable

I'm on the floor with my DD most of the time when interacting with her. I feed her on the computer chair, on my couch, or in bed. I do have a glider with the foot stool, but I NEVER use it. I used it more when I was pregnant than now lol. Mostly because it's upstairs.

On the couch for now. She's only 3 weeks haha. We don't have a chair. Just a couch and love seat that make an L. When I had dd1 we lived with my mom and I liked the recliner. It was cushy and soft.

Couch for now. I have a glider but its in his room.

All late night feedings were done in the glider with stool in his room. During the day we were on the couch.

Love my LazyBoy recliner. Couldn't have made out without it. I didn't like the wooden gliders, when I could get this fluffy couch/recliner/rocker for the same price. Love at first sight!

Armchair downstairs, office/computer chair in the nursery for night feeds. I love the armchair but it is LOW, lol. Getting up from that after a c section and trying not to wake LO was fun!
