I haven't been able to get pregnant since stopping Nuva ring 7 months ago. :/ IDK if it's necissarily the nuva ring but I won't be using it again

I got pregnant the month I stopped using it. I was on it for 2.5-3 years before then.

I loved it, I had no side effects. I'd take it out on a Sunday, got my period tuesday afternoon, then it was kind of heavy on Wednesday, over on Thursday.

I'd love to go back on it, but I'm breastfeeding right now.

Mine fell out at the gym! So embarrassing and tried to use it again but I am to shallow!   otherwise I would of loved it!

Oh man! Was it just in good? I workout and would hate for it to fall out on me. Haha

I got pregnant while using it twice. It was the first BC I used starting when I was 17. I got pregnant on it when I was 19 and miscarried. I switched to the pill. After 2 more miscarriages I had my son 16 months ago and went on the ring again. I got pregnant again when my son was 4 months old and now I have a 3 month old. So....yeah. I used it correctly. I just apparently have bad luck in the BC department. Thus the reason I want my tubes tied and DH to get a vasectomy. Double coverage.

Loved the Nuva Ring! I was on it for awhile before and after my son; I was down to a 4day very light period, no side effects, it was amazing.

Now the downside. I got pregnant both times while using the Nuva Ring. I'm not sure if I took some meds that messed with it, or if I'm just the lucky one lol...but yeah. Besides that...I loved it and I would 1000000% recommend it to my friends etc. (I think I was just a user error fluke)

Jesus. I didn't even have a pregnancy scare while on it. were you girls using it 3 weeks on, one week off, or were you skipping your period with it?!

 

I was on it consistently for almost 3 years.

Doctor put me on it yesterday. I haven't got to start it yet, I have to wait until my ultrasound next week. He said I could use if for 4 weeks change it the next week and not have a period.

I was using it right, nd having periods. Idk man lol. My tubes are tied now though!

Aside from not being pregnant now, I loved it I NEVER had a pregnancy scare I used it 3 weeks in 1 week out i knew when to expect my period every time.

What about using it for 4 weeks and changing it the next week and not having a period. He said I could do that.

I think I skipped my period twice with it. I didn't like not getting a period, scared the crap out of me lol (which is one of the MANY reasons i got rid of mirena, and said no to the depo shot). I don't see how it's healthy to not get a period for extended periods of time, but that's just my opinion.

I agree with your opinion. I was too afraid to do that I prefered to know for sure at that time that i was not expecting
