preparing for boy/girl twins

hey ladies i'm currently 24 weeks pregnant with twins and i have already started buying the basic stuff i will need such as a double stroller, breastpump, crib bedding and coming home outfits so far ...but with twins i was told you have to buy two of everything which i'm honestly trying to avoid so what would be some things i wouldn't have to buy two of things the babies will be able to share

I don't know, I don't have twins. But a crash course in English spelling and punctuation, could seriously help prepare you for parenthood in general, no matter how many babies are in tow.

Swing, bouncer, breastfeeding pillow, a crib (for a while at least twins sleep better together). Mostly big items excepect car seats. You only need one diaper bag.

clearly if you dont have twins you didn't even have to post a reply you should have just kept it moving

I'm actually a mom of BG twins. They shared pretty much all their toys but I had 2 bouncers. 1 swing, 1 walker, 1 play yard. Hmmm 2 boppys (they sat in them) 2 cribs DS would keep DD awake. 1 double stroller, massive amounts of bottles, 1 diaper bag. I only had 2 highchairs, boppys, bouncers, carseats. Everything else they shared. 1 was usually sleep anyways.

I didn't have to, no. Really, even people with twins don't HAVE to reply.

But it would definitely be in everyone's best interest to have a solid grasp on written language prior to motherhood.

it's very obvious you have nothing else better to do with your time so you feel the need to judge me by how i choose to type are you serious ?? lady get a life seriously if you don't like the way i type stay the hell off the post since it bothers you so much

I plan to have a baby shower in May

I would think 2 of those vibrating bouncy seats would be super helpful I had a fisher price snuggle bunny and that thing was so awesome and much less expensive than a swing....and two high chairs...I think like an exersaucer you could go with just one...I dont have twins though- I will ask my friend who did and get back to you

My kid hates his bouncer. There is really no point in getting two of the big things they may or may not like.
