Is My Due Date Correct?

According to BG, I am 8 weeks along in my pregnancy and my due date is October 1st. This sounds right to me because I got pregnant on New Years 2013 (that is the day my husband and I had sex). So, with that being said, 9 months from then is October 1st...is this correct?

Does conception not happen the day you had sex? I am clueless...Please help

You should use the first day of your last period in most calculators.

you have to think of it as 40 weeks, not 9 months.

Have you seen a doctor? If so, whatever due date they gave you is correct.
