advice please

So my dad's cousin added me on FB. He says she's really sweet, which she is.. But I've never met her, nor do I even know who exactly she's related to.. The problem is she is always commenting and messaging me.. It's never out of line I guess.. Just makes me a little uncomfortable. I just got a new baby nephew yesterday from my brother by my mom. (In no relation to her or my dad, my dad and him don't even like each other for that matter) She commented on my post about it asking for pictures of him.. Then she was going back and forth with my brothers sons mom about how she went on everyone's page and didn't see any pictures. She PM'd me and said she went through everyone's page and couldn't find them, and for me to please message her some. I guess I just find it a little weird.. Maybe I'm over-reacting.. Oh, and she keeps 'sharing' the pictures of my son and saying how much he's grown.. She's never even met him..

Am I over-reacting?

She sounds lonely, and like she's trying to create a relationship with you and your side of the family.

She sounds like shes trying to get attention. Maybe she is lonely

That is weird. I think I would just delete her.....

I'd actually probably block her. It is verrry strange to me. Like... she's so concerned about kids she's never met and so desperate for pics of a child she's never met and has no relation to? The desperate-ness of it is what is too weird for me. I'd block her. If I've never met her, it would not affect me in the least and I wouldn't feel bad about it. I would feel sorry for her and wonder what is wrong with her that she doesn't have any other life that she's so concerned with mine.

She's probably being friendly. It's facebook. It's for posting, commenting, and messaging.
