well I'm sure it's just a sound to him because he says it like dadadadadada. I try to get him to say mama but he just laughs at me.

Haha ya he started scooting at 4 months old.

my daughter is 5 months. she rolls both ways and can hold herself up pretty well when she's on her tummy, she can sit up unassisted for a few minutes, she's just starting to get her two bottom teeth, she screeeches and squeals and gurgles no real babbling quite yet.. last time she was weighed was a while ago and was almost 17lbs. I'm not sure what she is now.u we just put her little chunky butt in size 3 diapers today

OP - DS was sitting unsupported, army crawling, and babbling things like ba-ba, ga-ga, ect. He was 19lbs and like 27" long.

My 5 1/2 month old rolls back to front and scoots all over, can ALMOST get up on all fours. She loves the boobie and comfort. She loves the Jenny Jump-up but not the walker. She'd rather be in her swing or in her Moby though. She talks constantly (babbles lol) No teeth yet either but working on them. She's 17 1/2lb roughly 25in long.
