My brother crawled in a cave and couldn't get out. My dad crawled down a pipe and had to undress to fit to get out. It is like easily sticking your head between railings at the top of stairs but then you can't get your head out.

I 2nd the semen idea since its just her head that's stuck whether she likes it or not. No one forced her head through that hole so the group beat off so save her & them kinda has to happen.
