Is he peeing? Is it swollen at all? If he is having trouble peeing, I would call the pedi.

He is peeing, and it's not swollen but his penis was erect when I changed him.. Normally I only see him have one in the morning or when he is playing with it..

Next time you change him, put vasiline on it and see it helps him. If it starts effecting him peeing then I would call the pedi.

Ok thnxs. If I see him have less wet diapers or not as wet in the amount of time they would normally be ill call. Or if he keeps it up.
I just didn't know if its something that sometimes happens with boys or what.

I know with my son, it was because he was intact and sometimes it hurt for him to be erect. You are more than welcome.
