When did i conceive???

Hi everyone,

I need help finding out when i conceived as im getting very confused with it!!

My LMP was due on the 29th Oct 2012 but i was 6 days late and it came on the 4th Nov 2012. I am 14 weeks + 5 days as of 2day and my due date is 16th Aug 2013.
Any help would be grateful thank you in advance

So, is it a safe guess to say you had sex with two different guys... and now you need to know who the father is?

November 18 approximately.

Your LMP was 11/4. You add 7 days and go back three months to get the EDD. Which should be 8/11, not the 16th.

How long are your cycles normally?

I don't know what the normal medical practice is where you are but here in the UK the normal medical practice to date a pregnancy is 40 weeks from the first day of your last period. So counting back 40 weeks from her due date won't be much help, that will just tell her when the first day of her last period was not when she conceived. Technically your pregnancy starts before you are actually pregnant lol

If the first day of your last period was the 4th of November and that is when they date your pregnancy from then it would mean as of today (21st Feb in UK) you would be 15 weeks and 4 days pregnant soooo   Unless you had a dating ultrasound and they changed it based on the size, etc of the fetus???

They're counting your EDD from 11/9, not the 4th. I'm not sure why. I would ask how they got the date. Was it through Ultrasound?

I had sex November 23rd to the 25th and I was due August 21st.

Also if your cycles are regular and everything normally you will conceive somewhere between 11 and 21 days from the first day of your last period. That would mean you conceived somewhere between the 15th and 25th of November.... So it could be likely you got pregnant from the sex on the 21st BUT sperm can live in the body for up to 7 days, although there ability to actually get you pregnant drops dramatically after 72 hours it is still possible. Sooo one of those little suckers from the 11th could still have been swimming about up there and got you good on the 15th.

Basically it's completely possible that given those 2 dates you could have gotten pregnant either time so you'll never be able to definitively work it out. DNA test it is for you
