I made this last night and oh my god, they were the best rolls I ever made that were stuffed. lol yummy.
This makes 8.....
1/2c milk
1/2c margrine/butter (whichever) lol
1/2c all-purpose flour
2 eggs
3/4c grated parmesan cheese
Then I fried up some left over roast beef, with onions garlic butter, mushrooms, green peppers.
I made 16 little flat circles from the dough. put the beef mixture in the centre, added some swiss cheese, and placed another dough cirlcle on top, gently pressed them together.Once all were stuffed and made, I melted garlic butter added some parmesan cheese and some basil flakes, brushed them on top.
Cooked them on an ungreased baking sheet, for 10-15 minutes till golden brown. (350) they were so good, wish I had made more of them, they went fast. lol
