Held my hand while I cried and kept me strong so that I didn't get the epidural Although he did get pissed off when I got a ml of pain meds in my IV. I was induced but labor took less than 4 hours lol so he didn't have time to get bored. He also held my hand as I screamed when I pushed my son out ( the pain meds made me tired, but didn't take the pain away lol)
SO was awesome during my labor. I was only in active labor for 3 hours and the entire time i was sitting on a yoga ball hunched over the bed with pillows. He sat on the bed infront of me with a big tub of Ice and water. He let a rag soak in it while i had one on my face cooling me off. He kept switching them out with every contraction cuz it wasnt staying cold enough for me. He said his hands were freezing!
