Instant soup foam container

Is it dangerous if it was consumed? Hate to even post this and I already feel like the worst mother in the world but my almost 2 year old little girl thought it would be funny to rip it apart and nibble on it and then proceeded to eat some.. Should I take her in? I'm crying my eyes out I don't know what to do.. I feel worse because I always do my best to keep an eye on her, but I had no idea her cousin had hidden one of those soups in the toy box and my daughter found it while I was doing the dishes.
Here I am thinking she is ok just playing with her toys, but no :/

Call poison control. But I don't think it is.

Just did.. They said it is non toxic and should just pass through her System.. Just to help her wash it down with water and a snack right now.. They said if she vomits, is constipated or any such things, to take her in because it might have gotten stuck.. But they said to not worry, that there should be no reason why it shouldn't just pass without a problem.
What a relief!!!
