Bell pepper question

Bell peppers are on sale pretty cheap this week. Can I slice them.up and freeze them for use in future meals (probably fajitas)?

Yup! They freeze well for fajitas.

I second this. I did that this week as well. I stocked up on them. 4 for a $1.... what?!?! How much are you getting them for?

The cheapest I ever see them, 3 for $1 green peppers and 3 for $2 red, orange and yellow. Allow they've had red peppers for 59 cents each lately
