Maybe because I can see more of your waist on the right and on the left its covered. Either way you are very tiny and you look great. Pretty much everyone has body issues, but just remember not to set unrealistic goals for yourself. You don't need to lose a substantial amount of weight. Whoever told you that is crazy and you should get a second opinion.
