inverted nipples

i have them. and i really want to breastfeed this baby. i tried with my last baby and i got so engorged and didnt no what to do. the nurses at the hospital i delivered at werent any help. so this time im trying to do as much research as possible so i can ebf.

Youcan buy these avent nipplette things, they draw the nipple out.
Maybe use a nipple shield?
