exercise after c section question.

I had a c section exactly five weeks ago today. Am I okay to start heavy abdominal training again? Or should I wait the full 6 weeks? I feel good but I dont want to rip my stiches halfway through. And when I say heavy training I mean heavy!!! I got quite the budlge to loose!

No you wait until 6 weeks, or until you get the clear from your doctor.

No, you shouldn't start the heavy stuff yet. You should slowly work your way back up to what you're used to, or intend to, but ONLY after your Doctor okays it.

NO NO NO...My doctor told me to wait til 8 weeks pp just to be safe. And even then I was advised to start off slow. It's now just about the stitches. It's about your organs and everything. Don't try it. You will regret it.
