How would you feel if....

You were in Wal-Mart, or any store, and your child REALLY had to use the bathroom. You told them to hurry (since they do have the tendency to go in their pants from holding it) so they ran to the bathroom. While on their way an employee grabbed your child's arm (Obviously since they grabbed your child mid-run it wasn't a gentle grab) and told them to stop running.
This happened to my niece who is 9 the other day, I just heard about it today tho. And it has me pissed off!! Yes, she can be a huge brat and we both go at it sometimes, but if I were there I would have had the cops called on me for making such a scene! My SIL talked to management and gave them a piece of her mind which she thinks she will be banned bc of it. But honestly there is no need for her to be banned. But the employee should be fn fired!

I would be pissed if someone laid a hand on my child or nephew because he was running for the toilet. Unless he knocked over a display or an old lady on the way, there is no reason to physically touch someone else's child unless there was a serious safety concern.

No one would grab my child by the arm and get away with it. That employee had no business doing so

Oh hellllll no. There is no reason to touch someone elses kid or another person EVER.

I would have went crazy!!! Oh lorddd the craP I would have done !!!!!! Im mad for everyone in the situation. You never put ur hands on someones kid like that

I would be livid. There was no need to even touch the child. You just don't grab someone child whether it was gentle or not. Nicely saying " I don't think you should be running" would be more appropriate. If I was her mother I would have told her she has to use the restroom and it was an emergency (if she would have approached the situation properly). Yes, the employee should be fired.

Oh the smurf storm that would ensue if ANYONE ever laid a hand on any of my children!

Other peoples children are like... the Holy Grail. You do not touch.
quoteposted 19th Feb
I would be pissed.
My child = my watch. If I was right there and the child was not running people over they need to get the smurf over it.

i'd freak!!! IMO i thin k she was calm!

I am not one to flip out over stuff like that, but I would flip smurf if that happened.

Did she see it happen?

I don't even want to know what my mom would do if someone ever grabbed any of my siblings or I. Even now being almost 20 years old my mom would've thrown a smurf fit lol.
quotesmurfs?posted 19th Feb
That's bs. I'd be so mad. I would have done the same had it been my child. I understand the employee didn't want her to end up slipping and falling, but that is NO reason to put their hands on her. Hell no!

I got a lady fired for the airport in Chicago because we weren't walking fast enough through the airport and she came up behind us and grabbed my 2 year old and took off with her up the stairs we were on. I flew up the stairs and had the B in a choke hold till the cops got there. She was fired on the SPOT, NOBODY has the right to lay a finger on your kids like that! And if that lady at Walmart left a mark on your niece, have your SIL press charges!
