Not their place to TOUCH my child. To get their attention and ask them not to run I can understand. Touching, let alone grabbing my child, would be an issue!

even that would have been unacceptable, you just simply say stop runiing. Especially in Walmart. They have strict rules about stuff like that. If you have to tell someone a few times to stop running then that's when you get management in it. There is no need to grab a customer, or even touch them in anyway at all no matter the age.

I would go off on the employee and management!!! No.one going to grab my child like that!! My son is the same way, he has to run to make it to the bathroom or he will have an accident. People these days!!!!

last time I went shopping with my mom and the door greeter stopped us to randomly check our cart (my son was about 4 months) my mom flipped out and tore the receipt out of her hands and started yelling at her because my son started crying, we called management and told them about the situation and still to this day we haven't seen her since lol I can only imagine my mom being escorted out in handcuffs because an employee even just tried touching one of my kids. If I was by myself I would have punched them in the face and told them to never touch another customer again no matter how young or old they are, then I would've asked for a manager right in front of the employee
