period. Help please?

I dont know if this could be a real problem. I get really emotional before my period. I dont really get moody or angry but, sad. Not just a little sad but suicidal upset.

That sounds like PMDD (a severe form of pms), I'd talk to your doctor, although I'm not sure what can be done about it.

If youre having suicidal thoughts, go to your doctor ASAP. It sounds like you may have severe PMDD. I get seriously depressed right before AF starts, too, but it's not quite that severe. I'm sorry youre goig thiugh this. I hope that your doctor can help you feel better soon!
