baby getting enough food?~!~

i have a 5 day old and she is drinking soy similac..the regular made her throw up,i told them at first since all my babies were like that and they finally switched her the day i got dishcharged..she is drinking 1 to 2 oz every 3 to 4 hours..they said that as long as its half oz its fine...dosnt that seem like too little?? she lost 1 pound in 2 days at the hospital because they were not giving her soy at 1st...she has wet diapers every change and poops 3 to 4 times a day...

If she has enough wet diapers then shes getting enough. Most babies lose weight after birth before they leave the hospital. Feed her however much she wants. She will let u know how much she wants.

As long as she has plenty of wet diapers, I wouldn't worry. Some kids are big eaters, others aren't.

sounds fine. when DD was that young, she ate anywhere between half an oz to 2 oz. it just depends. as long as she's got plenty of dirty diapers for you, she should be fine ;)
