Sick 9 month old.

My baby girl has been sick for a couple days. Runny nose, cough and grumpy. Well today she is just so lethargic. Wont play ,smile or anything. I can barely get her to eat. A little worried she will get dehydrated. Do you all think it would be ok to give her pedialyte? If so how much? How often?
