I can't hardly get him to eat!

My son is almost 14 months old and the past month he has been very choosy about what he will eat, well the past two days I REALLY can hardly get him to eat anything. The only thing I can realyl get him to have interest in is these organic puree pouches with a fruit and vegi mix. I usually give him one or two of those a day because he doesn't like many vegi's and thats how I makes sure he gets some in his diet.

This his getting be such a concern for me. I have even taken sippies from him to see if he will eat and nothing... still nothing. Now he is even getting to where he doesn't want to drink much of anything. I may mention for the past month or two his four one year molars have been coming through at one. One is almost fully through but the other three only a bit of the teeth are showing. Could this have anything to do with him not eating? Any suggestions on what to do for him?
Btw, he is kinda coming down with a cold today to i believe, his nose has been running off his face and it looks like he may be getting an eye infection. (calling to make an appointment about that tomorrow.)
I need advice bad! I don't want my little guy to get dehydrated or starve!

Thats normal. My daughter has been like this for awhile. She hardly eats. Her doctor said its okay and all they need at this age is a tablespoon of food. Hr wont starve.

All i can get him to eat is like oat meal, yogurt, those puree squeezies and possibly a turkey sandwich. I'm trying not to over react its just scary I guess. I feel like tiny baby stage was SOOOOO much easier than what it is now.

It's crazy because he up until about a month or two ago he would eat ANYTHING you put in front of him or anything you were eating.. And now its like he doesnt want anything at all. Blahh, it makes me so sad haha. I know he isn't starving though because he is still fat as ever. He has to weigh like 27 pounds or so.

Wow lol! Kenley is like 20 lbs. Hopefully its.just a phase.
