To do or not to do???

OK so its quite simple actually...
I will be 34 weeks in 5 days. My SO and myself have not had the money until now to be able to get a 3D/4D ultrasound. My question is... should I get one even though I'm only about 6 weeks till my due date.
Also, I'm going in a little over 2 weeks to my doctors appointment where I will be getting a 2D ultrasound to see how big he is.
Also, to put into consideration. The closest place that offers them to pay out of pocket is about 1 1/2 hours from where I live.
Please help me out on this. We have been wanting one since I was about 26 weeks we just never could get the money together. But now with income taxes coming in we will have the extra money.

Eh.. I wouldn't. By now, the baby may be too big to get good pictures anyway.

I'd save the money for newborn pictures.

The baby is 35 weeks.. so.. I would just save the money for newborn pictures. Get a nice photographer.

They are cool when your pregnant but once the baby is here you'll never look at it again

Because you're so late in your pregnancy your baby doesnt have a lot of room and is probably going to look squished. I would google search 3D at 36 weeks (or whatever you'll be at when you go) and make your decision that way.

i have to get an ultrasound done next week, i will be 34 weeks. i asked the doctor at my 24 week appointment if i could wait till then to have my 3d one done, she told me he would be to big to get good pictures.

I would just wait and save the money 1 you also would have to party for gas to go on a3 hour trip 2 your baby might be head down already which would make it harder to see and 3 out here where I life you can't get it done after 34 Weeks cuz it doesn't turn out as good so complete waste of money! Its only a few more Weeks you could wait.. But I know I wanted to get it done with my first but the placenta was covering his face:/ I didn't try with this pregnancy

i would just save your money for baby things dipers dipers and diapers im 35 weeks im so close to labor as well and i can feel it

I wouldn't do it. Besides save the tax return money to get the rest of the things you need for baby.
