please reassure me

for the last hour i had 3, what i hope were, BH associated with lower back pain. they lasted 30 seconds to a minute each but they seriously hurt, like took my breath away elevated hear rate hurt. i've had pain-free BH up until now...normal right? i seriously hope!

I have super painful BH's all the time - if it happens again; I'd call a doctor if I were you though, just to be sure ...

thanks, it hasn't happened since but if it does happen again or i have any other labor-like symptoms i'll be calling. i really, really hope it was just BH or I was positioned odd.
