Quoting *A&N's Mama*:" I'm frustrated that I can't be one of those girls who lose weight quick. A girl I know who had her baby ... [snip!] ... I did can fit into her regular clothes sooo disheartening lol I'm so sick of yoga pants! She's not bfing either boo!"
Every woman is different. Its only about 25% of woman that retain weight while breastfeeding. It isn't super common. I was one of them but it wasn't that bad. In fact, keep exercising because if you do end up retaining you will gain a ton of muscle under the fat and then when you stop you will lose it all and be really toned. That is what happened to me. It was awesome! However, some woman don't lose weight until they are a year out breastfeeding or not. My friend didn't BF and she lost her weight at the same time I did(13 mo PP).
Most woman lose the most when baby is feeding frequently. I heard somewhere around 3-6mo? Something like that.
I wouldn't worry to much though mama.
Just eat healthy, feed your baby and enjoy life.
You are doing everything right. The weight will fall off in due time.
