Arithromycin and breastfeeding. Help

My doctor prescribed me this medication today for an infection and i was wondering if it was safe for brastfeeding, although pharmicist an PCP said yes, i want to hear from you breastfeedin moms and does it mess with your supply? Did it decrease it and can i take Fenugreek while on it?

I cant take any PCN since LO is allergic to it.

As all antibiotics, it gets into the breast milk. My supply wasn't affected by it.
