Is she still rear facing? Try turning her forward facing? If she is now forward facing and wasn't having as bad of car sickness rear facing, then turn her back around? I know they make meds for it but I would hate to give my baby anything like that for a trip to the store or something, you know?

give her Benadryl. My little sister use to get it really bad and when we started giving her that she stopped getting sick until she grew out of it.

They also have these little discs like stickers/bandaids you can put behind the ear. But I think they're prescription only. I wouldnt give her anything without talking to her pedi though, just because of her age.
