Need advice

im a stay at home mom with 3 kids and i was wondering what i can do to stay sane LOL. i love my kids dont get me wrong but were all cooped up here at home 24/7 365. just wondering what others in similar situations do to keep themselves, the kids, and the hubby happy  

We have a park pretty close in proximity, about five blocks, and I'll walk up there with DD and we'll play. If I have the car I'll drive up there and we'll have lunch there.
