light headed

I'm feeling like a horrible parent. My 2.5 year old is wanting me to play with her but I'm so light headed and dizzy all I'm doing is laying on the couch watching Mickey mouse with her. Ugh...I hope I feel better soon.

Have you eaten? Are you dirnking water?

If I don't get something to eat (even if it's little, like some crackers and juice) every two ish hours, I get shakey and lightheaded.

I feel your pain  I have a hard time going grocery shopping now, I get SO freaking dizzy. I had to get my fiance to support me while I hustled to a bench the other day because I was in the process of fainting and didn't wanna hit the ground. I hope you start feeling better soon!
