Loosing the weight...

I had ds back in November and just starting to go to the gym and try to loose the weight. What are some good ways to loose it all?? Mostly in my stomach and thighs that I need it. Some in sight please!!

Cardio is key for me! And off topic... we are both in Bama!

I use my fitness pal to count calories. And find exercises that focus on the muscle groups you want to tone and strengthen.

i was going to the gym once a week... i now work out every other day, only drink water, no coffee, no alcohol, no soda. cutting down portions has helped me a ton too. it takes a while tho...it took you 9 months to put the weight on and its going to take probably that long to get it off :/

before i got pregnant with this baby i lost 3 and half stone in 5 months by doing slimming world, kettlebell classes and spin classes. i swear by those 2 classes and cannot wait to get back into it when my lil man is born. best of luck!!!

I weighed an awful 185 when I got pregnant and gained 25 pregnant. Just weighed myself and lost 8 pounds in a week and half. Must be doing something right!   My jeans are more loose on me then before! Happy momma here!!!

Great job on the weight loss!!
A huge portion of looking better is on how you eat. Track calories but make sure the calories you do consume are nutritious. No more empty calories! Cardio is great for burning calories, but weight training helps to speed up the process. The more muscle you have, the more calories (even while resting)you will burn! So do a combinationa, it will help you keep on track longer so you don't get burned out. There are even workouts at home you can do on the days you don't have time to make it to the gym.
I work out 6 days a week, a minimum of 1 hour, strive for 90 minutes though. I don't drink soda. I don't eat sweets, I grab some fruit. There are tons of healthy snacks and I rarely eat out now. Just a little info on what I'm doing I'm not losing weight but I am losing inches and looking much better!

Thank you!! I got the calorie counter app on my phone now. Hope this works!! Hoping by May or June I will be bikini ready!!
