I would maybe have him say it's not appropriate in his culture to talk to her privately in such a way because he's married.

Tell them to grow up. He isn't required to talk to her just because of family connections.

Tell him to PM her and say her comments are inappropriate and they need to stop. Nothing more...nothing less. Needs to come from him though.

If your husband can't be a big boy and nicely tell her to stop,then you should tell her something?I really can't understand why it would be difficult to decline her?Being cousin or not,be adults about it.
