PUPPS?

I went to my 31 week appointment today and complained to my dr that ive been having horrible itching. I told him it started on my palms and now it is on my feet, down my legs and everywhere but my belly. He looked at me and said oh its PUPPS take some benadryl. I got home and looked up pupps, none of it relates to what ive been having. He said my belly looked blotchy but its right by my belly button. Everything ive read says it happeneds in only first pregnancies, this isnt my first or with boys, im having a girl again. I havent slept in days because its only at night time. Has anyone else experienced this? Also my skin is not stretching.. ive only gained two pounds total. And i havent changed soap, detergent etc and i have used cocoa butter 2x a day since before i was pregnant!

I had it with my son, the only thing that worked for me was Zyrtec. It usually happens during your first pregnancy & if you're carrying a boy. It's less common otherwise but it can still happen. Ask your doctor about Zyrtec, it's the only thing that relieved my itching but I did have PUPPS until the day I finally gave birth to my son, Zyrtec just helped with the itching feeling.

ive had that horrible itching too started a few day's ago... i had no rash just an insane itch i wanted to rip my skin off   benadryl didnt work! so i called my ob/gyn an they had me come in an take a blood test for cholestasis! ill find out in a day or 2... i think it would be a good idea for you to get a blood test for that.

I feel like that is what i have! Everything matches up with what ive read on it. Its even worse at night and i havent slept in days. He tried telling me its because im busy during the day but i dont work. I tried benadryl when i got home and it didnt help or help me sleep! I think i will definitely be calling tomorrow bc i cant function like this especially with a two year old
