What is this?

Woke up about 30-45 minutes ago with some serious lower back pain that is coming in waves, but it's like constant waves. I would think contractions, but it's not really accompanied by any belly tightening... It just hurts. I *think* I'm having a few irregular contractions in between, but they aren't very strong and I don't think I'm able to time them at all. Any ideas?

Inwould just do your best to time them. Especially the back ones. Could be back labor. Good luck!!! Maybe this is it mama  

I had a back labour with my third daughter ...nothin around the belly area just all in my back and I thought no way these were contractions but the pain was horrific so went to hospital and I was 9 cms ...I asked the midwife how there was no pain in belly and she said every labour is different.

Welp- It stopped! Go figure. It always stops! Lol

I certainly don't want to go to the hospital and be dilated at a nine already, though, so hopefully my labor is a little more obvious! Haha
