Can you be induced at 38 weeks? I'm so ready to get this pregnancy over with.

Why not just suck it up its only 2 weeks do you know how many mamas on here who lost their child due to pre term labor or mamas who spent months and months at their child's side in the NICU thry would have loved to make it 40+ weeks Seriously be happy you made it this far long

No, most doctors do not do inductions because women are tired of being pregnant. Its two more weeks, I know you're uncomfortable and it will probably drag on and on but your baby's lungs and brain are getting a crazy amount of developing in right now and they are really beneficial

They don't just induce you for the hell of it??!!! They do inductions for safety and health precautions only. I bet your doctor would laugh at you if you asked to be induced because your tired of being pregnant. You have two weeks. Live it up and get as much peace and quiet as possible....

wow id never ask to be induced my dr will flat out tell u know they dont even like to do medical inductions at 38 and 39 weeks....
Im a medical induction at 39 weeks because of complactions that can arise...
That being said i hope u go to 42 weeks wish i could go to 40 weeks.
