That's not an admirable quality in a doctor

Your doctor is horrific then.

I've told my Mom that from about the 5th month, when I started having problems. But due to financial issues I couldn't switch doctors. My doctor or his nurses act like they have time for you. & if you ask them a question about something they look at you like you're stupid & shouldn't waste their time with your questions. I have said since then I will not use another doctor in my area if I have another baby. & since I'm in a better financial situation I should be able to use any doctor I want.

I hope not....I am uncomfortable to and your due just after me, but honestly why try to literally force him/her out. I am ready to, but I am only doing natural things to try to get him to come out, and if he decides he doesn't want to, I can't do anything but wait until he is ready. I would honestly wait when we hit 38 weeks it's only a few more days until our babies get here, don't worry mama the discomfort will be over soon. Just try walking and stuff and just do the natural stuff to help it along, but like so many have told me until your LO is ready he/she won't come out.

First of all I'm not bragging. I'm simply just saying what my doctor has told me. I never once said I agreed with what he had to say, or how he done his patients. If you can't hold a simple conversation with someone about something then there is no need in you replying to anything people say. Women get on here to talk to other women about their pregnancies. & if you had a great doctor yippy to you, but some of us aren't so lucky to find a doctor that is just perfect. & where I live you really don't have much to choose from.

ok thats dumb. I was induced at 38 weeks. My doctor thought was best. I was extreme pain during labor. I was sick alot during first pregnancy. I was put on ivs twice the last month. Because i couldnt keep anything down not even water. Her heaart rate went up down alot. They say u actually have more pain if your induced then to go into labor naturally. I had horrible back labor.

Suck it up, buttercup. If your doctor felt you needed to be induced, they would suggest induction.

Y'all are retarded if you think I'm taking advantage of my doctor being bad. I was replying to a girl who said I wasn't uneducated about it. I was saying what my doctor had said. He said induction wasn't bad for the baby when you made it to a certain point. I was just going off what he said. You know most people do try to believe their doctors when they say something. You can't help what your doctor tells you.

You said yourself you were not happy with his care and would not use him again. Why listen to his advice?

Smurf you.
You're the dumbass who would rather induce out of convenience without being proactive and educating themselves on the entire process. If your doctor told you sitting over a pot of hot coffee would help you progress, would you just take him at face value or check to make sure he's not feeding you some bullsmurf?

Quoting Rabbit™:" Suck it up, buttercup. If your doctor felt you needed to be induced, they would suggest induction. "

That's what I'm saying he did suggest induction when I was about 32 weeks if they weren't gonna be able to keep me from going into preterm labor again. I went into labor twice, & they were saying something about 37 or 38 weeks being induced if I started to have contractions again. He said they would give me Pitocin to speed up the contractions, & then break my water. I pretty much posted this on here to get advice on letting them go ahead & doing it if they still thought it was necessary. I've just got 101 questions going through my head about it, plus the complications I had earlier.

Obviously in this case op thinks the minority (herself and her dr) outweigh what every other pregnant mother on here has been told
