boo hoo.... I have 5 bulging disc and degenerative disk disease in my back and made it to 39 weeks and would have gone father if i could.

my labor was much worse then the back pain... Lol I also have saiatic like a bitch for and my right leg works when it wants to, i have to stand up for a minute before i can move because of my back

I could barely walk after i pushed a baby out of my vag and got a bunch of stitches..and try cleaning with a newborn in the house......
OP, you will look back on this post and laugh at yourself. Go have some "me" time. Go on a date with your SO, relax, go to a movie, go out to dinner.Because soon you wont be doing much, if any, of that.

HA! You think things are going to be easier after you have the baby? HAhahaha! Prepare for back aches, head aches, exhaustion, and a dirty house for the next 18 years of your life. And NO they won't induce you because you don't want to be pregnant anymore. The baby can still be born sick that early. I was crossing my legs and praying my youngest would make it to term and he didn't (thank GOD he was only slightly premature and didn't have to go to the nicu though). I was in labor for 3 weeks but I would Pick the pain of labor to carry my baby the extra 3 weeks over having him in the nicu and feeling better any smurfing day of the week.

Induction puts stress on the baby...the mother's pain is just...uncomfortable.

my friends daughter is a micro preemie.... BUT my 39 weeker had some of the same problems she had. We see some of the same doctors.

My LO was a 36 weeker and he is doing good but he does have a few issues I and trying to get figured out.

You all are so rude. Let her vent and she wasn't asking all of you for permission to go into labor. Yea her doctor probably won't induce her, but you don't all have to compare what you have experienced and say it was worse.

Saying..."Just hang in there Momma!" Sounds a lot better than bitching at her.

I've been trying everything to keep my boy in to bake as close to the due date as I can, if he don't come on his own I have to be induced on the 20th ...if you have the option to wait momma take it so much better for you and the baby!

Hang in there and go into labor naturally. Induction isn't fun, you and the baby have to be monitored constantly so you will be in bed other than to go to the bathroom. Most dr will not induce without medical necessity. I am praying daily to avoid induction this time so I have more control over what goes on.
