I say if everyone is ok with it, let her call your bf daddy.

My 10 yr old calls my dad, daddy. Which is why most outsiders in public asume she is his dd, and Im his wife, creepy since its my dad. But my dd does not really have a dad, she spends maybe 5 hrs every 3 months withher dad and calls him by his name. My dad is her father figure and role model and she asked when she was like 2 or 3 if she could call my dad, daddy and we said fine.
He will always be like a dad to her.

But its whatever you all are comfortable with.

to me she calls him daddy for a reason if the bio daddy were around more she wouldnt be calling your SO daddy your SO should be happy that she feels like she can call him her daddy and if her bio father gets upset about it then to bad she feels a conection with your SO i babysat a little girl who called me mommy yes her mom was upset but she also realized that her daughter felt safe with me and that i took good care of her just like her mom does your DD bio father should be happy that she looks to your SO as a dad ecause that means she loves him and he makes her feel safe and happy
