That's why there are different degrees of murder. I think negligent homicide fits in this case. Not first degree murder.

You said earlier, trying to make it look like the officers had done something outright shady or mean, something along the lines of "they wouldn't have listed it as homicide for no reason" or some such garbage

I said they killed him, which they did. Even if it were from negligent behavior, they killed him. THAT is the definition of homicide. A person killing another person.

And yes, it was a little angry, but like I said, it has been everything that has been happening, not just this.

Cops everywhere need to be retrained or have a better screening process. There is clearly a lot of cover-ups and corruption. Not to mention, power hungry individuals.

I'm not jumping to anything. You like putting words in my mouth. I said they killed him, which they did. It's a homicide. SOMEONE who was involved in his detaining/arrest killed him. Again, I do not think that they purposely did it, but their negligence led to his demise.
Of course I will.
