am I being an annoying parent?

or am I being legit in being irritated by all of this smurfing stupid smurf the kids doctor says.

My daughter has had a cough since smurfing OCTOBER... YEAH I smurfing said OCTOBER. They keep telling me it's not a big deal and she needs to get over it.
I have brought her in once a month to check on it and I keep getting told it's nothing.

I'm thinking of going to another office tomorrow and talking to someone new because obviously this is just sticking around and my doctors don't see an issue with it, BUT do you think there is a point? or am I just being paranoid?
I just want my baby all better  

Now my son has a croupy cough AGAIN ( not like my daughters at all) and they are blowing me off again about it... He has asthma and I really want to get him a breathing treatment machine for home so when he has really bad coughing fits I don't have to rush him to the ER or Urgent care for a treatment but again my doctor blows me off and says he is fine.

I would take her to an ENT specialist   Sounds awful, poor things

yeah I think I might all together switch. I am tired of being treated like everything I say is wrong and I am "one of those parents" that always wants their kids on medication. NO I smurfing DON'T but if it makes them better than so smurfing be it.

not annoying at all! My sister always needs antibiotics to kick the usual colds and viruses most people can on their own!

How old are they. I think you are just being a caring parent.

Ask for a specialist referral

I would find a new doctor. My SIL just had to switch her family doctor for similar reasons. My neice is 3 yrs old and has had multiple colds/viruses, mono, rsv, and has had her tonsils/adenoids taken out already. Whenever SIL would take her to the doctor, they would brush it off and say she has a cold and it just needs to run its course. Since switching to a new doctor, they've discovered that she has asthma and there are underlying issues of why her immune system is so low and why she gets sick so easily. They're still running tests on her to see what the main problem is (just switched doctors within the last 1.5 months).

I would definitely find a second opinion and a new doctor overall- there might be underlying issues that you're not aware of. Hope she starts feeling better!

Have you tried Probiotics? I'd start those and if that doesn't help, I'd see another
