Anyone who has held two jobs at one time.

How hard is it? How did you get them to work together?

I got a job at Claires and I start on Wed, right now they just need a part timer. Today I got a interview with Petco and they need part timers as well. I am so happy >.<

I worked at Yankee, Debs, and a storage unit place. The storage unit was full time and then I alternated what nights I worked at Yankee and Debs.

Right now I work Monday Wednesday and Friday while LO is in school, and Saturday and every other Sunday. I am starting a second job working Tuesdays while LO is in school and bringing the rest of that work home for the week and working from home. My friend owns the company so it works out.

I got my second job after I had already been at my first job for a couple years. I just worked job number 2 in the mornings, like 6-2 or 7-3 and then worked job number 1 4-10 or 5-10. It sucked though.

It just takes a lot of communication with the person who is in charge of making your schedules. Make sure they both know you have another job and I'm sure they'll be happy to work with you to see what days and times work best for you.

When I was younger, I was working 3 jobs. 2 EMT jobs and I worked at a hospital as a phlebotomist. I found it hard because I couldn't remember which job I had to be at that day. he hospital job became full time and I was able to quit my EMT jobs.

I was already with my FT job for about a year when I applied for my part time job so it was pretty easy to work it out.

I worked 5 days a week at my FT, either 5 weeks days or 4 and 1 weekend day. Every other week I'd alternate a weekday on for a weekend day off and worked that into my PT job which I either worked Saturday and Sunday along with 2 week day nights or 4 week day nights and most weeks I'd over night babysit, but that was easy to fit in.

I managed Claire's for a while. Worked my way up. I know my managers, and myself, were willing to work with schedules.
Let your manager at Claire's know if your offered the job at Petco, and make sure that one of those schedules is set, like same days and times each week, and the other can work around it a bit.

I work two jobs. Always keep a calendar with you so you don't schedule both jobs on the same day!

It can be a pain in the ass, but the plus side is that I get paid EVERY week.

Claire's yes is every other week. You get a memo-pack every Thursday and every other Thursday, checks are in. But you can't cash them until the following friday.
Say, if this week is a pay week, check would be in Thursday, but money won't be available until Friday.
