I need to start thinking about losing some of this extra weight. I am 5'6'' and 180 lbs. My baby is 5 months old and we are still breastfeeding. I am a serious sugar addict, especially chocolate. I really need to change my ways and eat healthier, and exercising. I need ideas for low calorie meals, and exercises that are low impact on my bad leg and my neck. I hate crunchy raw veggies like carrots and celery, but I like a good green salad. and I already don't eat white bread. just need some meal and exercise suggestions please.
