Question about infant's head....

My LO is 7 months old.. her lymph nodes are noticeably swollen in the back of her head. The doctor told us not to worry about it at her 6 month checkup. They've been swollen for 2.5 months. She now has two hard bumps on her head, one on each side of her head right above her ears. Another thing, her soft spot has been sunken all day and she is not dehydrated and has not been sick. Are there other reasons why soft spots become sunk?

I called the pedi and they can't see her until Thursday.
