Is that in the game or apart of your computer?

ok so someone I know wants to play the sims challenge but doesnt have the sims 3 and I downloaded it.. now I am confused because I thought it would be as easy as installing the mods... but it doesnt appear to be

I started a new legacy  

Meet Scarlett Everdeen (the O and I keys on my keyboard are broken)

it's rather simple compared to other versions out there. just follow the guide exactly and it'll work

wow that's a big house! I still have a one story with a total of 4 rooms for 4 adults, 1 child, and 2 infants and one (or more) on the way

Shouldn't there be a limit on how many sims can be in a house? I uhh kinda turned my women into baby makersand I have wayyy to many kids   I have 1 single 3 sets of twins and a set of triplets

I think 8 or 9 is suppose to be the limit?
