BFing

ok so my question is... i have only been bfing about 1-2 times a day and the rest of the feeding are formula how ever she my only be stratified with my breast 1 times a day with out needing formula. is it possible to go back to EBF i did EBF for 3 whole month and this last month i have been needing her to stay with the babysitter but i wont need the babysitter any more and i want to get my supply back i want to cut out the formula is it possible? how do i do it?

I would slowly replace the formula feedings with breastfeeding.
And pump as much as possible to get your supply back up.

This is dead on....make sure you are drinking lots of fluid and maybe try that mothers milk tea....I hear a lot of mommy testimonials about it..

Also, fenugreek helped give my supply a boost when it dropped. You could try that too if you wanted.
