re: Third baby and huge belly at 12 weeks.

wish!   It is an incisional hernia from an emergency surgery I had last year   the surgeon was a total dick and he did A LOT of things wrong and it caused it   I have to wear a belly band to help take the weight of my stomach off of my abdominal muscles and now that it is getting bigger I may need to start ace bandaging it, I'm only about 4 1/2 months so it will get a lot bigger   But yeh, no surgeon will touch it unless it is incarcerated or fatal till after the baby comes so I just have it stick it out. Thankfully it doesn't hurt yet and just have it hope it won't!
I hope yours is nothing serious, I wasen't trying to be mean, just genuinely concerned because you are quite tiny and it just is not normal for how far a long you are and I would hate for you to go undiagnosed if there was a problem! It happened to me last year and it didn't go well

I had 2 c-sections so it would make sense if it was something like that caused from it. My youngest is almost 17 months old and before I got pregnant this time I was back to pre pregnancy weight and everything was normal except my stomach. Right above my belly button still kind of stuck out a bit and it was "hard" not rock hard but like pregnant belly hard, still able to squish it. (if that makes sense?!) I was able to suck in my stomach and it looked flat so I wasn't too concerned I just figured since my first two are 14 months apart that it was normal to have a bump hang around for awhile. Def bringing it up. thanks! hope everything with your hernia works out for the best for you though!
